Shipping

All orders are shipped within 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri, 8-5PM IST)
Actual delivery time will vary depending on location.

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking number.

Shipping Rates

The cost of shipping is based on the weight of the order and your location. Before you place the final order, you will be shown the final cost of shipping.
Free Shipping in India on orders worth more than ₹2500

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel any order that has not yet been shipped. Just leave us an email at help@orunie.com
However if your order has already been shipped, the following policies apply.

What is your return policy?

                Orunie returns policy accepts:
Store credit for exchanges
Fresh piece replacement
Direct refunds

       Store credit for exchanges

We accept requests for exchanges with any other Orunie product (stock permitting) up to 07 days from the date of delivery to customer. Store credit can be availed if the product you receive has any manufacturer defects or size issues*. Exchanged items must be of equal or higher value. Returned or exchanged products must be in the unused condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. The original bill must be produced at the time of exchange. If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, please email: help@orunie.com

* Applicable for laptop bags/sleeves. Exchange permitted if the size of the model is not as communicated to you on the product page.

       Fresh piece replacement

We accept requests for fresh piece replacement (stock permitting) up to 07 days from the date of delivery to customer.Replacement can be availed if the product you receive has any manufacturer defects or size issues*. Returned or exchanged products must be in the unused condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. The original bill must  be produced at the time of exchange.If you wish to return or exchange an item, please email help@orunie.com

       Direct refunds

We accept refund requests only in the event of a manufacturer defect in the product. A request may be sent to help@orunie.com within 07 days of receipt of product. The original bill must be produced at the time of requesting for refund

What products can I return?

You can return all products for store credit. Return is also accepted for all products that have a manufacturing defect or damages. You will need to inform us of these within 07 days of the delivery of the products, in order to receive the replacement.

How do I initiate a return/exchange?

Mail us at help@orunie.com to initiate a return or exchange.

Who pays for the return shipping?

We will pay for the return shipping if the received product is being returned/exchanged due to manufacturing defects.
For all other events, the charges shall be borne by the customer.

When will I receive a replacement?

Replacements are shipping after the original product has been received by us, subject to the following condition:

The product(s) should be unused
The packaging should have the original tags

They should be returned to us within 20 days from the date of mailing.
Any product(s) received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted and no exchanges shall be made.

Can I choose a different product in exchange?

You can choose another product of the same value as a replacement. If the value of the desired product exceeds the value of the exchanged product, the difference will have to paid in advance.

What is your refund policy?

In case the replacement product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.
The refund shall be issued once the replacement product has been received by us in an unused/undamaged condition.
